Due to recent school closures, ClassDojo is being used by more teachers, parents and students than ever before. You may experience some occasional slowness as we work to scale up our service to meet demand.
In addition, the global internet is far busier than normal, and some internet providers are having capacity issues. Check that your internet connection is working well on other sites or apps. Switching between Wifi and mobile data might help.
